We are a Dallas-based SEC Registered Investment Adviser that launched with $450 million in assets under management, focused on regulated financial institutions. We manage Term Loan B and securities portfolios for banks while providing a broad range of additional balance sheet advisory services. In addition, we source, underwrite, and consult on private lending opportunities for banks and asset managers.
